At 5 feet 8 inches and 240 pounds, Jennifer Portnick has filed a "weight discrimination" lawsuit with the San Francisco Human Rights Commission because Jazzercise won't let her be an instructor.
As the article states, imagine if this fattie applied to be a Victoria's Secret model.
Memo to fattie: shut the fukk up and lose weight

listen up tons-o-fun, nobody wants a 240 pound fat ass telling other 240 pound fatasses that the jazzercise program can help them lose weight. There is no credibility there. I wouldn't go to a dentist with crooked teeth!

Of course it is in SF so she will probably get support from the pot-smoking anarchists who put "activist" as an occupation on thier tax returns.

At 5'8 and 240, if you have a higher muscle fat ratio then you are a short man who can't find a shirt with sleeves. Healthy or not, there is no way a 240 pound woman has the look to sell customers on getting fit. Case closed.

If a fatty gets caught teaching jazzercise it should be a felony. Hell, getting caught just wearing spandex should at least be a misdemeanor.

Rack Bobby.
I believe that was on the TV when Eddie Murphy and what's his face were looking in the window of those two girl's apartment in 48 hours.
Don't know why I thought of that.

That's like claiming discrimination because you weren't hired cuz you obviously weren't qualified for the job.... like some schmuck that can't swim suing to become a lifeguard.
The schmuck wants to do it because 'lifeguard' is a cool position with high visibility; people look up to them, and there's the high babe factor as well -- not because he could actually do it, or actually has an interest in it.
This woman.. is in the same position. Considering that's its a jazzercise class, unless she's extremely fit, and all that weight is muscle, how would she be able to keep up with the rest of the classroom without keeling over and having a heart attack?
How can people expect to be pushed to where they need to be, when they dont see her pushing herself?
